You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to implement and maintain safety protocols, procedures, and training programs. This role will include providing safety support for our operations in the<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Rio Grande Valley areas with occasional trips to the San Antonio and Houston Areas. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a safe work environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Provide safety training to employees, subcontractors, and other personnel as required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to develop safety plans for each project.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Stay up-to-date with safety regulations, industry trends, and best practices.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Conduct safety audits and participate in regulatory inspections.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Coordinate with external safety consultants, regulatory agencies, and client representatives as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Promote a safety culture by encouraging employees to report hazards and participate in safety initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Responsible for purchasing and distributing safety equipment for employees.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Support project teams and job sites primarily across the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rio Grande Valley</span>.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills and Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Minimum of five (5) consecutive years dedicated solely to building construction safety.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Demonstrated practical knowledge, working experience, and documented continuing education in the following areas:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fall Protection</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Scaffold Safety (Ground Supported and Suspended)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excavation and Trenching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Confined Space Entry (Permit and Non-Permit Required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
