The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care, and a passion for community health. The Provider will manage a panel of patients, support appropriate interventions, and contribute to quality and value-based care initiatives. Schedule will be approximately Monday-Friday 7-4:30.
