The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with copper and fiber cabling, troubleshooting physical IT infrastructure, and maintaining uptime in high-availability environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our data center meets its service level agreements (SLAs) and operates efficiently 24/7.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Person in this role is expected to rigorously follow accepted Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current ASHRAE and TIA Data Center Standards and Best Practices</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Point-in-time accuracy of all DC Assets, and asset tracking</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Work in partnership within Facility team to coordinate preventative maintenance on owned systems which support the data center</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Monitor and maintain data center environmental systems (power, cooling, rack management, connectivity) to ensure consistent uptime</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support provisioning, migrations, and decommissioning of IT equipment</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Collaborate with network and systems teams to resolve incidents promptly and meet SLA performance targets.</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Document all work activity, update asset databases, and maintain accurate equipment labeling</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Participate in on-call rotations or scheduled maintenance windows as required</span></span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, corporate policies and procedures including Information Protection (IP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, ISO, PCI, SOC, and NIST.</span></span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;
