    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>We are designing the grid of the future!  </strong></p>\n<p>As a Principal Electrical Engineer, Data Center at Electric Power Engineers (EPE), you will lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle support of mission-critical electrical systems for hyperscale data centers. Your work will directly safeguard uptime, optimize efficiency, and maintain the highest safety standards across EPE’s fast‑growing global portfolio.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>How you can make an impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineer medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution, UPS and generator backup, and emergency power systems for high‑density loads.</li>\n <li>Produce and review one‑line diagrams, schematics, Bills of Materials, and installation drawings.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including National Electric Code (NEC) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards</li>\n <li>Work closely with mechanical, civil, controls, and IT teams to define project requirements, design criteria, and budgets.</li>\n <li>Provide technical leadership during design reviews, value‑engineering sessions, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and on‑site inspections.</li>\n <li>Analyze electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, including load balancing, capacity planning, and power consumption optimization</li>\n <li>Stay up-to-date with advancements in data center technologies, and recommend new technologies to improve the reliability and efficiency of our data center infrastructure</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus 10+ years of progressive experience in data‑center or other mission‑critical electrical design; active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Master is preferred.</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge of power‑distribution architecture, UPS/generator systems, grounding/bonding, and protective‑device coordination for ≥ 20 MW facilities.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success delivering data‑center projects from concept through commissioning, including field construction support.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including NEC and IEC standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lead the change!</strong></p>\n<p>Be a part of an innovative team shaping the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence.
