As an application developer in the Product Delivery and Architecture Organization, you will work closely with other team members in system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of core advisor-facing applications. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive success as you use Microsoft Azure, .NET and AI tools to innovate and build new features to service over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country. You will have the opportunity to apply technology to the complex and ever-evolving challenges in the wealth management industry.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in a technical field strongly preferred. High school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with peers in Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to provide best in class software design and delivery.</li><li>Participates in Scaled Agile engineering practices across teams. Active participant in Agile ceremonies and documents progress.</li><li>Analyze functional and business requirements. Translate user requirements into development specifications.</li><li>Design, code, unit test, debug, check in and document reusable source code.</li><li>Develop solutions using C#.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular.</li><li>Build and deploy applications using DevOps practices (CI/CD).</li><li>Perform troubleshooting and code migration.</li><li>Write optimized SQL queries and maintain database objects (tables, views, functions, constraints, keys).</li><li>Create testing scenarios and automated scripts for user sign-off.</li><li>Ensure smooth deployments with implementation teams.</li><li>Serve as SME on enterprise solutions.</li><li>Maintain code versions via Git.</li><li>Document development, testing, and issue resolution using lifecycle tracking tools.</li><li>Resolve support issues with users.</li><li>Review code and scripts for performance issues.</li><li>Develop and maintain functional, technical, and end-user documentation.</li><li>Utilize and advocate for AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).</li><li>Share knowledge to improve team skills and environment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Application coding and development experience</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; organizational skills.
