      "content": "<div><strong>Project Execution</strong></div>\n\n<li>Help drive retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including new store buildouts and renovations</li>\n<li>Coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Support pre-construction activities including due diligence, bid coordination, and vendor onboarding</li>\n<li>Track permit submissions, inspections, and approvals</li>\n<li>Monitor construction progress and escalate + respond to issues that may impede project delivery while coordinating solution implementation.</li>\n<li>Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, warranties, and project turnover</li>\n<li>Partner with Retail Operations, Brand, Merchandising, and Finance teams to ensure stores are delivered ready for launch</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Project Management&nbsp;</strong></div>\n\n<li>Develop, own and drive project schedules, milestone trackers, and action item logs</li>\n<li>Manage project budgets, invoices, and change orders; identify discrepancies and flag risks early</li>\n<li>Prepare weekly status reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors on assigned projects</li>\n<li>Define and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for owned workstreams</li>\n<li>Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation across all phases</li>\n<li>Uphold consistent documentation and reporting standards across all retail construction projects</li>\n<li>Use expertise of construction processes and established standards, procedures, and collaboration tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Store Operations &amp; Maintenance</strong></div>\n\n<li>Own maintenance, repairs, and ongoing store improvements across existing locations</li>\n<li>Lead installations in live store environments (fixtures, displays, system upgrades, minor remodels)</li>\n<li>Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to store operations</li>\n<li>Track recurring maintenance issues and support long-term optimization across the store portfolio</li>\n"
