The position is part-time, exempt and is located at the Leawood campus at 13720 Roe Ave. Please see below for a full job description.&nbsp;</span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Job Summary &nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">The Young Adult &amp; College Ministries Program Director is the church&rsquo;s discipleship leader for young adult and college ministries, programs, and events. &nbsp;As a member of the Adult Discipleship Team under the direction of the Director of Online Engagement and Entry Points, the Young Adult &amp; College Ministries Program Director will collaborate to invite all young adults at Resurrection into social and serve opportunities that then lead into deeper involvement in small groups, study, and leadership. This position will provide ongoing leadership, vision and strategic planning for volunteer leadership teams to support young adult ministry aimed at fully integrating young adults into the life of the church. The Young Adult &amp; College Ministries Program Director will organize social gatherings, connect with young adults in relational ministry, and invite young adults into deeper levels of discipleship.
