Routing Implementation Specialist

As a Routing Implementation Specialist , you'll be the expert who brings BizStride's Logistics software to life for our customers: guiding them from onboarding through go-live and beyond. If you love solving problems, working directly with people, and building expertise in logistics tech, this role is built for you. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT What You'll Do Project management Train new and existing customers to use our logistics software Analyze customers’ routing and scheduling operations to determine the best use of our software and services Implement tools and verify customer data required to perform logistics services Provide post-implementation support What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to end users and management Adaptable and resourceful — you handle shifting priorities and change with confidence Self-directed and collaborative — able to manage multiple projects independently while staying connected with your team Comfortable working with data — prior experience in logistics or routing is a plus, but not required Comfortable working flexible hours to adapt to customer needs Why VIP? Compensation: $50,000-$62,500/year Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
