    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>POSITION SPECIFICS<br><br>Reports To:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality Assurance Supervisor<br>FLSA Status:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hourly<br>ROLE<br><br>SUMMARY:<br>Assist with tasks related to quality of finished products, raw ingredients and packaging materials. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety practices are followed.<br><br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:<br>Collect measurements, test and report results on various components to ensure they fall within specification ranges.<br>Ensure that sandwiches are being built to specification.<br>Conduct in line audits/product assessments for specification compliance on food products.<br>Coordinate with production on regulatory and quality issues, and document corrective actions.<br>Ensure GMPs are being followed.<br>Assess facility for sanitary compliance.<br>Collect weights and measurements of finished good products.<br>Ensure package integrity and accuracy.<br>Other duties as assigned.<br><br>Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.<br><br>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>None.<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS<br><br>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE<br>High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.<br><br>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS<br>None. Certificates related to Food Safety and/or HACCP preferred.<br><br>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES<br>Ability to operate standard lab equipment.<br>Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.<br>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br>Be detailed and organized.<br>Problem solving skills.<br>Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs),<br>Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable.<br>The ability to read and understand specifications and other technical documents.<br>Strong attention to detail; data and sample collection, accuracy in paperwork.<br>Ability to use a tablet/iPad.<br>Ability to interact with all levels of organization.<br><br><br><br>WORKING CONDITIONS<br><br>PHYSICAL DEMANDS<br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
