We have offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio – with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our needs:</strong></p><p>We have an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Mid to Senior-level professional with experience in landscape architecture and site construction</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of professional experience in a design office (landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design)</li><li>experience preparing construction drawings and document sets with a strong focus on technical detailing</li><li>working knowledge of landscape architectural construction and site development elements</li><li>experience reviewing and redlining drawing sets</li><li>familiarity with materials research and writing technical specifications</li><li>experience supporting projects through construction, including site observation or construction administration</li><li>proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office</li><li>ability and willingness to travel, including driving</li><li>licensure or intent to pursue licensure</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>strong attention to detail with an ability to elevate the quality of construction documentation</li><li>organized and thoughtful in managing time, tasks, and project information</li><li>clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>approaches problem-solving with curiosity and sound judgment</li><li>works collaboratively with designers at all levels and contributes to a positive team environment</li><li>takes initiative while remaining open to direction and feedback</li><li>comfortable participating in and leading meetings as needed</li><li>demonstrates accountability, reliability, and follow-through</li><li>positive attitude and strong sense of ownership in work</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Experience (Preferred)</strong></p><ul><li>proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>experience with Bluebeam Revu</li><li>hand sketching and visual communication skills</li><li>3D modeling experience (SketchUp or Rhino)</li><li>familiarity with Revit or other BIM software</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>At TBG you will find:</strong></p><ul><li>commitment to your continued growth as a creative professional</li><li>innovation initiatives to unleash bold ideas and pursuit of your passions, including TBG Idea Lab research grants</li><li>genuine, thoughtful care for your health, wellbeing and balance, including paid insurance, flexible hours, fitness incentives, healthy snacks, and an employee assistance program</li><li>opportunities to mentor and make a difference in the community</li><li>employee stock ownership (TBG is 100% employee owned!)</li><li>paid parental leave (6 weeks)</li><li>benefits, savings resources and year-end profit sharing</li></ul>",
