Job overview: Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions, taking into account personal context and comorbid health conditions. As the Senior Product Manager for Data Enablement, you will be the enterprise-level owner of analytics capabilities, shared definitions, and enablement tooling that ensures Omada can answer critical business questions faster and more efficiently. This role will work across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to create the structures for how analytics are governed, accessed, and used. The primary mandate of this role is to own the product strategy and roadmap for Omada’s enterprise analytics including governance, shared definitions, and enablement tooling. You are accountable for ensuring that teams across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance can ask and answer critical business questions quickly, consistently, and with high trust in the underlying data. This means defining how key concepts are governed, how analytics tools are shaped and prioritized, and how cross-functional stakeholders engage with the data platform. You will act as the central product owner for Omada’s analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption across the company. In practice, this includes: Owning the roadmap for core data products and analytics tooling that power dashboards, reporting, and self-service analysis. Driving the culture of data across our engineering, product and other business teams at Omada Partnering with data, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to ensure analytics investments are aligned with company strategy and deliver measurable impact. Collaborating with other product managers to incorporate data science concepts into their features & experiences About you: 10+ years of relevant product management or data product experience (8+ years with Master's degree, 5+ years with PhD) 7+ years of experience with data technology and data management, including familiarity with: Modern data warehousing technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar) Cloud technologies, preferably AWS Business intelligence and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) Data governance frameworks and data quality management SQL and ability to write queries and QA datasets Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions Proven ability to partner with Data Teams for technical evaluation of self service tools and/or statistical model training lifecycle Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and reconcile opposing viewpoints to drive consensus Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred) Essential Competencies Strategic & Analytical: Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to use data to impact members and customers Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand problem spaces, identify opportunities, and propose solutions Proven ability to set clear, achievable objectives and work plans for complex, cross-functional initiatives Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to create formal networks with key decision makers and influence stakeholders across multiple functions Skilled at adapting communication style for different audiences, from technical teams to senior executives Experience negotiating matters of significance with senior management and/or major customers Collaboration & Problem Solving: Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems with limited resources and information Able to drive alignment among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities Great listener who asks insightful questions and doesn't accept "It's how we've always done it" as an answer Proven ability to reconcile various and opposing stakeholder views to drive results Execution & Delivery: History of consistently delivering results against target metrics and commitments Experience managing product backlogs, writing clear product specifications, and driving execution Ability to exercise autonomous decision making with limited input on methods and techniques to obtain results Your impact: In this role, you will directly contribute to transforming how Omada uses data to serve members, customers, and internal stakeholders.
