Position: HR Business Partner (Bilingual) What You’ll Do: Regularly meets with assigned Division(s) to understand staffing needs. Assists hiring managers with scheduling interviews for qualified candidates. Conducts reference or background checks on job applicants. Processes, tracks, and maintains onboarding paperwork for assigned Division. Consults with Division management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees. Assists the Human Resources Director with employee relations issue and investigations. Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR management system software and paper filing system. Participates with special projects and seeks additional responsibilities. What You Bring: 3+ years of Human Resources experience with employee relations, investigations and onboarding. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Certification: HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) a plus. Education: High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Able to demonstrate basic computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite. Acute attention to detail. Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business, customer, or employee related information. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Effective and professional communicator, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools. What We Offer: An amazing HR team!
