We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced recruiter for our Human Resources team to help us build a workforce that will power our future.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">Position: HR Business Partner (Bilingual) </span></strong><br></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What You’ll Do:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly meets with assigned Division(s) to understand staffing needs.</li>\n<li>Assists hiring managers with scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.</li>\n<li>Conducts reference or background checks on job applicants.</li>\n<li>Processes, tracks, and maintains onboarding paperwork for assigned Division.</li>\n<li>Consults with Division management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.</li>\n<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.</li>\n<li>Assists the Human Resources Director with employee relations issue and investigations.</li>\n<li>Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR management system software and paper filing system.</li>\n<li>Participates with special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><br></strong></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What You Bring:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of Human Resources experience with employee relations, investigations and onboarding. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. </span><br></li>\n<li>Certification: HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) a plus.  </li>\n<li>Education: High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.</li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate basic computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Acute attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business, customer, or employee related information.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.</li>\n<li>Effective and professional communicator, both written and verbal.<br></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: black\">What We Offer:</span></strong><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">An amazing HR team!
