    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Team Member</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our Vision: &nbsp;</strong>To become the leading Home Décor retailer.</p>\n<p><strong>Our Mission:&nbsp;</strong>Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Team Member&nbsp; (TM.) &nbsp;role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The TM contributes to a customer-focused&nbsp;environment while providing excellent customer service.</li>\n <li>The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, &nbsp;and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.</li>\n <li>The TM &nbsp;&nbsp;completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time.</li>\n <li>The TM &nbsp;actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>All other duties are based on business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Competencies:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma/Equivalent.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.</li>\n <li>Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior.&nbsp; Does the right thing for a team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business</p>",
