    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">The Perfect Bind Operator sets up and operates the Perfect Binding Line.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Perform job duties and conducts self in accordance with Allen Press, Inc. core values in alignment with Company Vision.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Read project specification sheet to determine setup specifications and instructions.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Make sure product is staged correctly at the machine.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to set up and operate a high speed automated Perfect Binder (Kolbus), gather machine, three knife trimmer, and book stacker to achieve maximum efficiency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ensure accurate programming using the computer controls.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Oversee set up and correct loading of the signature in the gather machine.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ensure adhesive is applied correctly and books are being trimmed to specifications.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ensure a high quality of the product being produced.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to set up and operate a high speed automated packaging line, ink jet printer, controller, stacker, and strappers. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ensure accuracy of the mail list and customer specific templates.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to properly sort, sack, and stack bound printed matter on pallets per USPS requirements.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Preparation of palletized mail shipments by wrapping them and applying proper postal documentation.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:108px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Verification of inventory figures after the mailings have been completed.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Oversee helpers while staging, loading, and stacking finished products.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to follow quality control guidelines.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and or product failure.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Conduct and/or oversee preventive maintenance on equipment.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Follow safety rules and regulations.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Maintain records of daily production.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Examine finished product for defects.</span></li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:18px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to assist in other areas as production levels require.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n</div></div></div>\n",
