Depending on your area of interest, learning-curve and talent, you will be able to look into different areas of core FP&amp;A, business finance, investor’s communication and strategic planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This program has shown to be an excellent talent pipeline for the team with interns having taken on full responsibility of </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">woom's global fixed costs (OPEX) steering </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">including performance tracking (analysis of cost deviations to budget and forecast), been a major contributor to </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">strategic multi-year financial planning</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, having built up </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">business cases</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> for future revenue streams and were major drivers in volume planning dealing with thousands of data points by </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">applying SQL</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to merge and disaggregate different data dimensions. In addition to project based tasks you will be responsible for the following:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will work with the FP&amp;A team on the </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">monthly financial results deck</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> and will own our </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">core profit margin analytics file</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will support the team during </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">planning cycles (budget, forecast)</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> in </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">reporting and analytics</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, therefore will gain experience on how a budget and forecasts are done for a consumer goods business that deals with hundreds of different products and thousands of prices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">support the Head of Global FP&amp;A and BI </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">with ad-hoc requests and presentations for the management team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You are</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"> currently enrolled in a higher education program</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, ideally with a focus on business, finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics/BI</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You have </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Excel and Power Point skills like a pro.
