Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of&nbsp;<strong>Senior Vice President, Product Owner – Alternatives POD</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Fund &amp; Investor Services (FIS) Platform</strong>&nbsp;team. This role is located in&nbsp;<strong>India</strong>.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Alternatives trade flows, aligned to platform priorities and client outcomes.</li><li>Lead the migration of legacy processing onto ATOMx, driving a clear transition plan and delivery against defined milestones.</li><li>Drive scalable and standardized processing that increases automation, improves straight-through processing, and reduces manual intervention and operational risk.</li><li>Define and prioritize the roadmap for Alternatives workflows, including complex asset lifecycles and non-standard events.</li><li>Partner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to align delivery to processing models, control requirements, and platform strategy.</li><li>Act as the key coordination point across dependent PODs and platforms to manage dependencies and ensure consistent adoption of strategic flows.</li><li>Set clear ownership boundaries between Product, Operations, and Technology to ensure execution discipline and avoid duplication.</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Extensive experience in asset servicing or post-trade environments, with strong exposure to Alternatives.</li><li>Proven experience operating at Director or Senior Vice President level as a Product Owner, Product Lead, or equivalent in a complex, regulated organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processing, particularly for complex or non-standard asset classes.</li><li>Experience delivering platform migration or transformation programs, including movement from legacy to strategic architecture.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to set clear direction, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across multiple teams.</li><li>Experience leading senior product or change professionals, with accountability for delivery outcomes.</li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/newsroom.html\">BNY Newsroom</a><br><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/\">BNY LinkedIn</a></p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li><li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune, 2025</li><li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li></ul><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
