Description
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process by accurately setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and supporting continuous production flow.
Responsibilities
Set up and adjust machinery and equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure machine performance and product consistency. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of machine setups, adjustments, and production outputs. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machine tools and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in performing quality inspections and using measurement tools to ensure product accuracy. Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
