          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Techo-Bloc is building the future of outdoor living — and our digital platforms are a major part of how customers discover, shop, and engage with us.</p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Manager, Digital Experience &amp; Ecommerce Platform</strong> to own the full online experience across:</p><ul><li><strong>Techo-Bloc.com</strong></li><li><strong>Our dealer online ordering portal</strong></li><li>The <strong>end-to-end shopping + ordering journey</strong> for every audience we serve</li></ul><p>This is a leadership role for someone who is strategic, independent, and full of ideas — but also knows how to execute, lead a team, and make things happen in the real world.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p><p>You are accountable for our digital experience performance across both <strong>website + ecommerce/ordering</strong>.</p><ul><li><strong>Techo-Bloc.com UX + performance + conversion</strong></li><li><strong>Dealer portal ordering experience</strong> (flow, usability, functionality, adoption)</li><li><strong>Digital merchandising</strong> (how products are organized, discovered, and presented)</li><li><strong>Feature roadmap + launches</strong> across platforms</li><li><strong>Vendors + tools</strong> that make growth possible</li><li>A team that executes with quality and momentum</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p><ul><li>Own the roadmap for our website <strong>and</strong> dealer ordering portal — and continuously improve both</li><li>Lead how customers and dealers browse, select, and take action online (shopping, ordering, tools, self-serve journeys)</li><li>Bring ideas that improve product discovery, simplify decisions, and increase conversion and adoption</li><li>Lead and develop a team of specialists:<ul><li>Front-End Developer</li><li>Digital Designer</li><li>eMerchandising Coordinator</li><li>Ecommerce Project Manager (Systems &amp; Integrations)</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate vendors, platforms, and tools — selecting the right solutions and holding partners accountable</li><li>Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure platforms support real business needs</li><li>Make decisions, solve problems, and drive progress</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>This Role Is For You If…</strong></p><p>You’re someone who has:</p><ul><li>Owned a digital platform before and knows what it takes to make it perform</li><li>Led web teams and shipped real features</li><li>Strong instincts for experience (you know what “good” feels like)</li><li>Comfort working with technical specialists integrating systems and data</li><li>The ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Confidence managing vendors, tools, and complexity without overcomplicating it</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications (Must Have)</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years experience</strong> in digital experience, ecommerce, web, or related roles with management experience</li><li>Proven experience <strong>owning a website and/or ecommerce platform</strong> end-to-end</li><li>Proven experience <strong>leading a web team</strong> (design + development)</li><li>Experience overseeing <strong>ecommerce roadmaps and feature launches</strong> (planning, execution, release discipline)</li><li>Strong understanding of how <strong>systems + tools connect</strong> (CMS, ecommerce platform, CRM, analytics, etc.)</li><li>Proven experience managing <strong>vendors and external partners</strong></li><li>Highly independent — you can <strong>figure things out</strong>, make decisions, and drive progress</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>Customers find what they want faster and convert more easily</li><li>Dealers can order more confidently and efficiently through the portal</li><li>Digital tools support the journey instead of distracting from it</li><li>Roadmaps are focused, launches are consistent, and work ships</li><li>Your team is aligned, motivated, and producing high-quality output</li><li>The digital ecosystem becomes a growth engine — not a bottleneck</li></ul>",
