This role will lead the Quality Assurance and Inspection teams, the Quality Management System, and continuous improvement efforts.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own, sustain, and continuously improve the C5ISR Business Unit Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple sites to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.<ul><li>Responsible for effective and consistent deployment of all QMS and inspection processes, procedures, records, and certifications. &nbsp;</li><li>Success includes readily demonstrating 100% compliance with AS9100, Nadcap, DoD, and customer-specific regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Lead and develop quality and inspection teams and processes, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish, oversee, and continuously improve risk-based inspection and control plans addressing tight tolerances, critical features, and performance.</li><li>Own Material Review Board (MRB) process and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Own root cause analysis and corrective and preventative action process and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and oversee internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audit activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee supplier quality function.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all functions of the job while adhering to established quality policies and procedures</li><li>Uphold the company core values</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>B.S. Degree in an Engineering or related discipline; may be substituted by commensurate experience.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience including MRB authority/participation.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year exposure within an AS9100 environment.&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>AS9100 Lead Auditor certified desired.&nbsp;</strong></li></ul></li><li>Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr) preferred, not required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode &amp; Effects Analysis) required.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Detailed familiarity with ISO 17025 and ANSI Z540.</li><li>Detailed familiarity with CMM programming and inspection methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Detailed familiarity with drawing review with specific GD&amp;T experience.</li><li>Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.</li><li>Ability to pass a drug screen per Vitesse&rsquo;s drug testing policy.</li><li>Ability to pass a criminal background check per Vitesse&rsquo;s policy.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). &nbsp;These statutes require the protection of technical data and products. &nbsp;The regulations require that such data not be disclosed in written, oral, or visual form to any foreign national without prior export authorization from the Department of State. &nbsp;A foreign national is defined by the U.S. Government under EAR 734.2(b)(2)(ii) and 8 USC 110 (a)(20) as one who:</p><ul><li>Is not a United States citizen</li><li>Is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S.</li><li>Does not have politically protected status (embassy, refugee, or asylum)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Vitesse Systems, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) Veterans / Disabled Employer.</em></p></div></div></div>\n",
