    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:</p><p>The Hostler Driver plays a critical role in supporting air cargo operations by safely operating hostlers, yard tractors, and Class A commercial vehicles. This position is responsible for moving cargo equipment within airport-restricted areas and transporting loaded and empty trailers between airport facilities and off-site locations.</p><p>This role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, TSA and airport security requirements, and company safety standards, while supporting efficient, on-time cargo operations.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>Equipment &amp; Airport Operations</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate hostlers, yard tractors, day cabs, and other ground support equipment (GSE) to move trailers, ULDs, dollies, and cargo equipment within airport ramps and warehouse environments</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Spot, stage, and position trailers accurately to support cargo build-up, breakdown, and flight schedules</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain situational awareness of aircraft, vehicles, personnel, and ramp hazards at all times</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections in accordance with DOT and company standards</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Identify and report mechanical defects, safety concerns, or operational issues immediately</p><p>DOT &amp; Roadway Transportation</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate Class A commercial vehicles on public roadways to transport cargo between the airport and off-site locations</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain full compliance with DOT regulations, including hours of service (HOS), driver logs, inspections, and drug and alcohol requirements</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all cargo is properly secured for safe transport</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Complete all required documentation, including trip reports, inspection records, and logs, accurately and in a timely manner</p><p>Safety, Security &amp; Compliance</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Comply with all TSA regulations, airport authority rules, and customer security requirements</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain airport badge and adhere to all restricted area access procedures</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and required certifications</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Report all accidents, incidents, injuries, spills, or security concerns in accordance with company policy</p><p>Air Cargo Handling &amp; General Support</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist with cargo handling duties as needed, including loading/unloading, pallet build-up and breakdown, and warehouse support</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support operational needs across shifts and departments as required</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership</p><p>REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Required:</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Valid CDL Class A license with acceptable driving record</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to meet and maintain DOT driver qualification standards, including current medical certification</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing, 10-year federal background check, and airport security screening</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to obtain and maintain an airport badge and restricted area access</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement)</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English</p><p>Preferred:</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Previous experience operating tractor-trailers, hostlers, or yard equipment</p><p>●<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
