The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Prepare molds, tools, and materials for composite lay-up and molding operations&nbsp;</p><p>· Perform fiberglass and carbon fiber lay-up processes according to work instructions and specifications&nbsp;</p><p>· Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and other composite materials&nbsp;</p><p>· Inspect parts for defects, quality concerns, and compliance with production standards&nbsp;</p><p>· Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently&nbsp;</p><p>· Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintain a clean and organized work area&nbsp;</p><p>· Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately&nbsp;</p><p>· Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements&nbsp;</p><p>· Work collaboratively with supervisors, leads, quality, and other production team members&nbsp;</p><p>· Perform other duties as assigned&nbsp;</p>",
