    "descriptionText": "Salary: USD 75,000–95,000\n\n Description\n\n Analyze existing systems, business processes, and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.\n Understand the structure, policies, and procedures of AMAX to recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.\n Participate in user requirement sessions to identify process improvement opportunities and technical solutions.\n Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, including future state (“to be”) process flows.\n Collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.\n Design solutions that maximize usability while minimizing unnecessary complexity and customization.\n Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, process documentation, and training materials.\n Provide ongoing system support by troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with technical teams, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders.\n Train and support end users on new or updated systems and business processes.\n Manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.\n Support internal business systems, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives.\n Evaluate and improve workflows related to sales, purchasing, production, project management, and operations.\n Drive standardization and scalability across business processes and systems.\n Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation and automation initiatives.\n\n Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM platforms.\n Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.\n Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and system implementation practices.\n Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, business requirements, and operational data.\n Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and process flow diagrams.\n Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\n Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.\n Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is preferred.\n Strong analysis and problem solving skills.\n Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.\n Ability to work independently and as a team player\n Any software programming experience is a plus.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $75,000–$95,000.
