    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;<strong>HOURY WAGE:</strong> The pay scale for this position is $22.36&nbsp;- $24.84.&nbsp; If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.&nbsp; In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9.95pt\"><strong>SHIFT: Monday thru Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:9.95pt\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate&nbsp;material&nbsp;handling&nbsp;equipment.</li>\n <li>Operate&nbsp;packaging&nbsp;tools&nbsp;(machine&nbsp;and&nbsp;hand)</li>\n <li>Using RF&nbsp;devices&nbsp;for&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;material&nbsp;tracking</li>\n <li>Performs&nbsp;all&nbsp;other&nbsp;related&nbsp;duties&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:10pt\"><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous&nbsp;warehouse and&nbsp;forklift/side&nbsp;loader experience.</li>\n <li>High&nbsp;school&nbsp;education&nbsp;or&nbsp;GED&nbsp;desired.</li>\n <li>Good&nbsp;mathematical&nbsp;competencies.</li>\n <li>Attention&nbsp;to&nbsp;accuracy&nbsp;and&nbsp;detail.</li>\n <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;in fast&nbsp;paced,&nbsp;deadline&nbsp;driven&nbsp;environment.</li>\n <li>Able&nbsp;to&nbsp;read&nbsp;a tape measure&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;sixteenth.&nbsp;Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;micrometers&nbsp;and&nbsp;calipers</li>\n <li>Able&nbsp;to&nbsp;follow&nbsp;verbal&nbsp;and&nbsp;written&nbsp;instructions.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent attendance, be on time for work, and dependable.</li>\n <li>Commitment to continuous improvement, and health &amp; safety.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience&nbsp;using&nbsp;computers.</li>\n <li>Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;cutting&nbsp;and&nbsp;banding equipment&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;plus.</li>\n <li>Previous experience operating material handling equipment including forklift. Able to operate a side loader/crane a plus – Must pass evaluation before working independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;spend&nbsp;80%&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;day standing.</li>\n <li>Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb into and out of side loaders and fork trucks.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to&nbsp;lift&nbsp;50&nbsp;lbs&nbsp;(22.7kg) maximum occasionally&nbsp;with&nbsp;frequent lifting&nbsp;and/or carrying of&nbsp;objects weighing up&nbsp;to&nbsp;25&nbsp;lbs (11.3kg).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
