Services will include transcription of aural sources in a Specified Contract Required Language(s) (SCRL) by technically qualified and experienced translators at the level of competency required. Unless otherwise proscribed, transcribers will (1) listen or view the material and comprehend the SCRL language, (2) write comprehensibly in English and/or an SCRL language(s), and (3) choose the equivalent expression in English that both fully conveys and best matches the meaning intended in the SCRL language.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Provide written translations of source texts in one language into another language, as identified above, with the meaning and intent of the original text (Translation). Services will include translation of documentation by technically qualified and experienced translators at the level of competency required. Unless otherwise proscribed, translators will (1) read and comprehend the SCRL language, (2) write comprehensibly in one of the source SCRL languages, and (3) choose the equivalent expression into the required SCRL language that both fully conveys and best matches the meaning intended in the source SCRL language (referred to as congruity judgment).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have a minimum IRL level 3 proficiency in all duty position SCRL(s) including spoken and written</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">. Must be able to comprehend the SCRL language as spoken and written, speak both of the assignment required SCRL required languages and English, choose an expression in English that fully conveys and best matches the meaning of the source language, have familiarity with the cultural context of both the SCRL and English, have knowledge of terminology in specialized fields, observe protocols applicable to different settings, and master the modes appliable to these settings.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Possess a current passport with two years remaining before expiration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Pass a standard physical examination that includes, at a minimum: medical history, height, weight, blood pressure, HIV antibody and chest X-ray.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Be physically capable of performing duties, functions and activities as outlined in the contract agreement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Comply with all security requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Comply with necessary CENTCOM clearance, training, immunizations, and medical requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Candidate personnel will be free from any communicable diseases and in general good health.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Candidate will possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30 (Snellen) and be free of color blindness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Candidate will be capable of hearing ordinary conversation at 15 feet with either ear, with or without the benefit of a hearing aid.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have a command of English and the SCRL languages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Must have a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Secret security clearance</span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">RPM is an Equal Opportunities Employer with a comprehensive and competitive professional benefits package.  Please apply for our vacancies from this site, from our website, or contact us from our website at https://www.RPM.LLC.</span></p>",
