If you thrive in a mission driven, high expectation environment where leaders are empowered to make real change, this is the place for you.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p><strong>The Role: Vice President / Senior Vice President of Operations</strong></p>\n<p>The Vice President of Operations (VPO/SVPO) is a senior leader with direct accountability for academic, operational, and financial performance across a region of campuses. This role owns student success, NCLEX performance, retention, and campus level execution, while building strong leadership teams and driving consistency through disciplined operating models.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role for a decisive operator who enjoys leading through complexity, improving performance, and developing high impact leaders.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own performance across multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes</li>\n <li>Build, assess, coach, and upgrade Campus President talent</li>\n <li>Establish clear ownership, operating standards, and accountability rhythms</li>\n <li>Diagnose underperformance and lead targeted interventions, including talent and process changes</li>\n <li>Use data and dashboards to identify risk early and close performance gaps</li>\n <li>Personally engage in struggling campuses to reset execution and leadership alignment</li>\n <li>Own P&L performance, including budgeting and resource allocation</li>\n <li>Partner with executive leadership to deliver enterprise priorities and cross functional initiatives</li>\n <li>Oversee campus operations, facilities, and compliance</li>\n <li>Resolve escalated student issues and address root causes to prevent recurrence</li>\n <li>Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal standards</li>\n <li>Foster a student first, mission aligned campus culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Need From You:</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in upper management</li>\n <li>Proven success leading multi site operations with clear accountability for outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Offering You:</h2>Base salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 USD commensurate with education, experience, and relatable skills. This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 25% subject to the achievement of individual and company performance goals. Opportunities for professional development.
