Leasing Consultants conduct community tours and respond to prospective resident questions about the community.&nbsp; THIS POSITION IS A SEASONAL POSITION, to assist the property team during lease-up.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Responsible for interviewing prospective residents with the purpose of determining resident needs and qualifications for renting in the community.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Answer questions about the apartment community; provide callers with directions to the community and other pertinent information. Retrieves messages form voicemail and distributes to the appropriate team member.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Conducts property tours and follows up with all prospects in a timely manner in accordance with Company policy.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Inspects the property tour route daily to ensure Company standards on cleanliness and curb appeal are being upheld.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Prepares application packets and maintain an adequate on-hand supply.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Maintains knowledge of the apartment community and amenities and how it compares with listings of other available rental properties in the area.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
