Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Rider Coach</strong> to join our team!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a high challenge, low risk learning environment at all times.</li>\n <li>Have all required paperwork completed and turn into RAM in an organized manner: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Waivers and other required forms</li>\n   <li>Written tests </li>\n   <li>Completion card numbers</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Provide objective feedback to students allowing them to build confidence and develop safe riding habits.</li>\n <li>Report incidents on appropriate MSF/EMAG form: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be completed and turned into RAM the day of the incident. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Report maintenance issues to RAM and service advisor so that it can be resolved in a timely manner. </li>\n <li>Work with departments and liaisons in dealership to facilitate customer relationships. </li>\n <li>Teach participants about motorcycle controls, riding gear and basic riding skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>They must hold an active MSF RiderCoach certification. </li>\n <li>They must abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct for MSF, H-D, and the state of Florida: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Demonstrate safe riding habits and always wear protective gear when riding to, from and during rider training activities. Ideally, all protective gear is worn at all times.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Be familiar and apply the Safety, Adult Learning, and Motor Skills principles found in the MSF RiderCoach guide. </li>\n <li>Currently operate a motorcycle on a frequent and routine basis on public roadways. </li>\n <li>Keep a good driving record: \n  <ul>\n   <li>No criminal offenses </li>\n   <li>No more than one non-criminal moving violation in any twelve month period, regardless of adjudication; and </li>\n   <li>No cancellations, revocations, or suspensions of the driving privilege. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>They will have to get H-D Riding Academy certified if they do not possess it. </li>\n <li>First Aid/CPR certification required</li>\n <li>Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. </li>\n <li>Must be able to pick up a dropped motorcycle. </li>\n <li>Must be able to balance and push a motorcycle in and out of storage units or off range. </li>\n</ul>",
