          "text": "<p>RESPEC seeks a Civil Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer located in Tampa, Sarasota, or Ft. Myers, Florida.</p><p>The Civil CAD Designer will provide drafting and design support for civil engineering projects, including site development, municipal infrastructure, and utility design. Projects will vary in size and complexity and be produced in a collaborative office environment alongside project managers, engineers, and other design professionals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain civil engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD Civil 3D</li><li>Prepare site, grading, utility, and roadway plans for land development projects</li><li>Incorporate design updates and revisions based on input from engineers and project managers</li><li>Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of design documents</li><li>Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and project documentation</li><li>Support permitting and construction documentation efforts</li></ul>",
