This position works collaboratively across technology siloes, engaging with architects, development managers, project managers, and QA teams, to establish and maintain disaster recovery as a foundational capability throughout the enterprise.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Role Summary</span></p><p>The Manager, Cyber Security – IT Disaster Recovery is responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating disaster recovery plans that safeguard company data, databases, information systems, and technology. This role manages the enterprise-wide disaster recovery test schedule, coordinates with IT professionals for DR test execution and documentation, and aligns recovery strategies with organizational priorities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>What You’ll Be Doing</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span>Identify critical applications and systems, develop an enterprise-wide disaster recovery test schedule, and collaborate with IT professionals to prepare, execute, and document DR tests.</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, regularly communicating the importance of disaster recovery.</span></li><li><span>Work with leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a forward-looking IT Disaster Recovery strategy and program.</span></li><li><span>Integrate disaster recovery goals into change management operations and the systems development lifecycle.</span></li><li><span>Partner with the Business Continuity Manager to provide ongoing DR awareness training and reinforce familiarity with DR procedures, roles, and responsibilities.</span></li><li><span>Conduct operational review meetings with key stakeholders, manage scope and track metrics, benchmarks, milestones, and budgets across programs and projects.</span></li><li><span>Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of program-level issues, leveraging lessons learned to mitigate systemic risks.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate resources for maintaining an operational DR program and ensure restoration plans for mission-critical applications are developed and tested within specified timeframes.</span></li><li><span>Deliver timely and accurate status reports on program operations, financial health, and present updates to various stakeholder groups.</span></li><li><span>Participate in risk/threat vulnerability studies and impact assessments, leading deep dives on key initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with business units and development teams to plan mitigation efforts, continuity recovery strategies, and ensure aggressive management of resources, dependencies, risks, and constraints.</span></li><li><span>Ensure technology platforms have appropriate backup and off-site storage strategies to support program goals.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>What You Bring to the Table</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span>Dedication to supporting associates during disasters or crises, ensuring business continuity and critical item delivery to customers despite interruptions.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with application owners to create and execute disaster recovery setups and tests.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of IT systems, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data center operations, and cloud services.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with industry-recognized frameworks (ISO-27001/2, NIST CSF), attestation standards (SOC 1/SOC 2, AT-101), and disaster recovery standards (ISO 22301, ISO 24762).</span></li><li><span>Preferred: Project Management or Six Sigma certifications, industry certifications such as CBP, CDRP, CDRE, CBCP, MBCP, and experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and disaster recovery planning tools</span></li></ul><p><span>.</span></p><p><span>Basic Qualifications</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span>Bachelor’s degree; or high school/GED with strong relevant experience.</span></li><li><span>7-10 years of experience in Information Systems or a related field.</span></li><li><span>2-4+ years leading a Disaster Recovery function in a complex, multi-system environment across multiple data centers.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span>3+ years in a management role or leading cross-functional projects.</span></li><li><span>Project Management or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications.</span></li><li><span>Industry certifications: CBP, CDRP, CDRE, CBCP, MBCP, or similar designation.</span></li><li><span>Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Disaster Recovery planning tools.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Information Security and Business Continuity frameworks and standards.</span></li><li><span>Ability to ensure compliance with business continuity regulations, contracts, and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Deep discretion and strong independent judgement, especially when discussing sensitive and confidential topics across the organization.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We Offer:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;
