The Customer Experience Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>This position pays up to $23.50 / hour plus bonuses and is located at the Yampa Valley Airport location at 11005 RCR 51A Hayden, CO 81639.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Available:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>\n <li>Monday: OFF</li>\n <li>Tuesday: OFF</li>\n <li>Wednesday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>\n <li>Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>\n <li>Friday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>\n <li>Saturday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Employee rental car discounts</li>\n <li>Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services</li>\n <li>Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information</li>\n <li>Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors</li>\n <li>Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known customer problems</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance</li>\n <li>Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma or GED </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior customer service retail/administrative support experience\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience working late evenings and weekends preferred </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
