This is a part-time and full-time seasonal opportunity, paid at $20.00/hour.</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Greet and direct guests, employees, vendors and other visitors in a friendly and courteous manner</li><li>Opening and closing procedures</li><li>Cash handling and register duties</li><li>Process membership application</li><li>Retail merchandising and stocking</li><li>Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions</li><li>Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility</li><li>Follow all safety codes</li><li>Assist with events as needed</li><li>Enforce all facility rules and regulations</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</b></p><p><u>Education:</u></p><ul><li>High school diploma, or equivalent, required</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Experience:</u></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience, preferred</li><li>Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment, preferred</li></ul><p></p><p> <b>QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong computer literacy skills</li><li>CPR/AED certification, company will provide if needed</li><li>Personal Training certification, a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS </b></p><p>This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.</p><p></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  </p><p></p><p><b>An Equal Opportunity Employer</b></p>",
