Across virtualization, cloud management, storage, Kubernetes, automation, and infrastructure services, Virtuozzo enables cloud providers and businesses to launch modern IaaS, PaaS, XaaS, and multi-cloud services with greater control, efficiency, and commercial flexibility.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The Role:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of the Virtuozzo product suite, including virtualization, cloud management platforms, and infrastructure solutions for CSP, MSP, and SME markets.</p>\n<p>This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong product judgment, technical depth, market awareness, and customer empathy. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and customer-facing teams to define what we build, why we build it, how we position it, and how it creates measurable value for customers.</p>\n<p>This is not a pure backlog-management role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, engage deeply with technical customers, understand infrastructure markets, make clear prioritization decisions, and turn product direction into execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive product strategy for the Virtuozzo product suite, including virtualization, cloud management platforms, and infrastructure solutions for CSP, MSP, and SME markets.</li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and Virtuozzo’s broader platform direction.</li>\n<li>Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product hypotheses, and refine strategies to address market demands.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful execution of product launches, feature iterations, and market positioning.</li>\n<li>Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, ensuring Virtuozzo is positioned to capitalize on new technologies and shifts in the market.</li>\n<li>Define and implement pricing models and value propositions that drive customer adoption and revenue growth while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.</li>\n<li>Work on cross-product initiatives to create a seamless experience across the Virtuozzo ecosystem, including integrations with third-party tools and emerging technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>You will also help connect product strategy to real customer outcomes: faster cloud service launches, lower infrastructure cost, better operational efficiency, improved monetization for service providers, and a simpler experience across the Virtuozzo platform.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud management platforms, infrastructure software, hosting, telco cloud, MSP/CSP platforms, or adjacent technical domains.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, software-defined storage, networking, orchestration, automation, or cloud management platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience building product strategy and roadmaps for technical B2B products used by infrastructure teams, service providers, managed service providers, enterprises, or SaaS companies.</li>\n<li>Ability to work closely with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions with architects, developers, solution architects, support engineers, and customer operations teams.</li>\n<li>Strong customer-discovery skills, with the ability to translate technical and commercial pain points into clear product priorities.</li>\n<li>Experience with market analysis, competitor research, pricing, packaging, value propositions, and product positioning.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product narratives, roadmap updates, business cases, and launch materials.</li>\n<li>A structured, analytical approach to prioritization, with comfort using customer input, market data, usage data, commercial impact, and technical feasibility to make product decisions.</li>\n<li>Confidence working across distributed, international teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CSP, MSP, hosting, telco, or cloud service provider environments.</li>\n<li>VMware alternatives, OpenStack-based platforms, KVM-based virtualization, Kubernetes orchestration, or infrastructure automation.</li>\n<li>Product ownership for cloud control panels, cloud management platforms, portals, billing integrations, self-service platforms, or infrastructure operations tooling.</li>\n<li>Pricing and packaging for infrastructure software, subscription models, usage-based models, or service-provider commercial models.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI infrastructure, GPU infrastructure, edge infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or multi-cloud management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote work from Europe / EMEA.</li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and a distributed international team.</li>\n<li>High ownership and visibility within the Product organization.</li>\n<li>The opportunity to influence product and R&amp;D direction from day one.</li>\n<li>A technical, engineering-driven culture with practical decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.</li>\n<li>Work on meaningful infrastructure products used by cloud providers, MSPs, SaaS companies, and enterprises.</li>\n<li>Private medical insurance support, depending on location and employment setup.</li>\n<li>Additional benefits depending on country, location, and preferred employment method.</li>\n</ul>",
