    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren is currently recruiting for API 653 for operations in Cincinnati, OH. <strong>THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 75% throughout Cincinnati OH and surrounding areas.</strong><strong> (The environments will be Corn/Agricultural, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines and Pharmaceuticals.) </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SIGN-ON BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS. </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)</li>\n <li>Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition</li>\n <li>Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client</li>\n <li>Provide technical input to client as required for welding and metallurgical issues</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance, on a application of non-destructive examination techniques and procedures</li>\n <li>Fully comply with all Acuren and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Certification of American Petroleum Institute Standards 653</li>\n <li>2 – 5 years’ experience or 2+ years on site experience</li>\n <li>Additional API 510 or 570 a plus</li>\n <li>In-depth working knowledge of API 653 and ASME standards</li>\n <li>Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
