We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the restaurant’s catering and events to ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a Lettuce client list using various techniques including but not limited to prospecting and cold calls</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and write catering proposals, contracts and event orders; schedule catering events in online system; respond to client and guest questions; and work toward achieving sales goals </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend tastings and meetings, and collaborate with General Manager and Chef to develop catering menus </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Cultivate and maintain a list of preferred vendors</li>\n <li>Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all catering team employees as needed</li>\n <li>Understand and assist as needed with in-house audio visual equipment as needed </li>\n <li>Model and promote teamwork across all teams</li>\n <li>Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy</li>\n <li>Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed</li>\n <li>Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5+ years of catering sales, events, or hospitality sales experience</li>\n <li>Skilled in developing guest rapport</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the Nashville market and local business/community connections</li>\n <li>Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow revenue</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating corporate events, social events, and large-group dining</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through</li>\n <li>Self-starter mentality with the ability to build in a new and growing market</li>\n <li>Passion for hospitality and guest experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $55,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.",
