Formally responsible for providing input for improvements. Deciding whether material meets quality standards and deciding when to replace defective product. No formal supervisory responsibility.</span></p><p><strong>Job Profile</strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Attendance and punctuality that meets PCI standards. Performs work in a manner that complies with the company’s safety policies, this includes housekeeping, organization, and PPE. Conducts themselves in a manner that falls in line with PCI’s core values.</span></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities  </strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Performs required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the weekly Assembly productivity requirements. Performs work in accordance with Assembly dept. quality standards. This includes: Cabinet alignment, hardware installation, safe part handling, cabinet configuration, and proper glue placement. Ensures each cabinet is clamped in accordance with PCI standards. Assist other areas or departments as needed.</span></p></div><div class=\"simpleHeader smallMarginBottom boldText\">Qualifications</div><div class=\"smallPaddingBottom\"><p>To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability, and environmental conditions required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to read and understand a tape measure. Also must have oral and written communication skills. No unusual working conditions.</p></div></div></div>\n",
