    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Location : Chandigarh (Remote) and role required extensive travel within allocated region</strong></p>\n<p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE:</strong></p>\n<p>To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency maximised.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifying and creating partnership with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.</li>\n <li>Actively involved in assisting the team for achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.</li>\n <li>Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.</li>\n <li>Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.</li>\n <li>Supporting the programme management team members to maximise the enrolment.</li>\n <li>Attending business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.</li>\n <li>Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.</li>\n <li>Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.</li>\n <li>Assisting the team for achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.</li>\n <li>Supporting the team members to maximise the enrolment.</li>\n <li>Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.</li>\n <li>Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.</li>\n <li>Meeting with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.</li>\n <li>Proven experience working as a Business Development Manager or similar role.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n <li>The ability to travel as needed.</li>\n <li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.</li>\n <li>Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong business acumen.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented.</li>\n <li>Flexibility&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
