          "text": "<p>Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll guide mid-to-large commercial projects from initial concept and proposal development right through to final close-out. You’ll lead pre-construction under CM, drive design-to-tender workflows, convert to a stipulated-sum model, and execute construction with precision, accountability and collaboration.</p><p>As a mentor and coach, you’ll empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game, foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional&#xa0;projects</li><li>Participate in cradle-to-grave project delivery, including: Design review and constructability input, contract administration, Construction sequencing, site logistics, and methodology development, Close-out, hand-off, and client transition</li><li>Manage, open CM (CCDC 5A/5B), converted CM (CCDC 2), and traditional LS (CCDC 2) delivery models: Shift projects from open to fixed-sum contracts through risk identification and tender recap, Mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout construction</li><li>Lead the subtrade buy-out process, with input from the estimating team, and in accordance with the PM manual.</li><li>Adopt and integrate all Chandos project management systems: Chandos Production System, Project Execution Plan, Quality Management system, Health and Safety Program and Project Management Manual.</li><li>Prepare detailed construction schedules, track on a weekly basis, and report results. Utilize Chandos Production System on-site to its full capacity, and meet or beat the project milestones and schedule.&#xa0;</li><li>Complete accurate monthly forecasts for all assigned projects.</li><li>Conduct Project End Book analysis in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.</li><li>Train and mentor project coordinators—develop tomorrow’s leaders today</li><li>Foster client, consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals</li><li>Embed continuous improvement: streamline processes, reinforce safety best practices, capture lessons learned</li></ul>",
