    "description": "<h2>All About You</h2>\n<p>The Battery Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling battery system, components, and sub-assemblies individually, and assembling thse into a battery container.  The individual will use various tools and equipment to maneuver components and test components to verify proper operation and safety of all electrical components.  </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous work experience with electrical systems, associates degree or certification in electrical or mechanical field preferred</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge and competency with electronics, power distribution, and electrical applications</li>\n <li>Lift heavy objects up to 35 pounds, stand or kneel in small places for extended periods of time</li>\n <li><strong>MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prep and assemble components, wires, and assemblies per work instructions</li>\n <li>Use mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics to complete assemblies and installation</li>\n <li>Inspect, install, and test various components with various test equipmeent or tools</li>\n <li>Read and interpret testing results</li>\n <li>Work with engineering to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues</li>\n <li>Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks</li>\n <li>Must properly identify parts and inspect for quality or performance issues</li>\n <li>Meet daily production targets and schedule</li>\n <li><strong>MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
