    "description": "<p><span>Integrity is actively recruiting intermediate and senior level <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gundrill Operators</span>. These team members are responsible for setting-up, programming and machining cores, cavities, and various other components of plastic injection molds to tight tolerances in order to ensure the highest quality product for our customers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Gundrill Operators will report directly to the Machine Leader.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We offer competitive wages, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, semi-annual bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Setting-up, programming and operating multi-axis gundrills</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicating tooling needs</span></li>\n<li><span>Working within tight deadlines and scheduling requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintaining a clean and organized work area, which includes the machines within their cell</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Gundrill experience required</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Lemoine software an asset, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with FCS an asset, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong work ethic</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures</span></li>\n<li><span>Good communication and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate strong leadership skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span>Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
