This includes all aspects of understanding parts inventory, communication for support, container inventory, picking, adhering to all shipment SWI’s. Understanding customer expectations and escalating to Supervisors and leads needed.&nbsp;</p><p>This individual should be a team player, have excellent communication skills and the ability to show previous successes and improvements implemented on their behalf within previous Production Control or Shipping roles. Teamwork is critical in this position.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p>· Understand all loading and picking requirements for EK shipments to TMMTX.</p><p>· Audit totes for part accuracy.&nbsp;</p><p>· Assign picking, loading and unloading duties to your team.&nbsp;</p><p>· Report out any imminent late or short shipments to your lead and supervisor and assist with rectifying through communication with your supervisor.</p><p>· Escalate to your supervisors when abnormal situations present themselves.</p><p>· Use a continuous improvement approach to increasing efficiency and increasing safety.</p><p>· Reduce potential property damage.</p><p>· Uphold standardized work as the key tool for success in your area.</p><p>· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.</p><p>· Holding themselves accountable for following all safety and other policies and procedures, as well as behavior and performance that does not meet company expectations.</p><p>· Candidates may be assigned or trained on Forklift to complete tasks at hand.</p><p>· Other duties may be assigned.</p>",
