The main objective of this internship is to develop clear and structured manuals and procedures that enable users to efficiently operate the system while ensuring compliance and standardization of practices across the impacted departments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></p>\n<p><span>Jetfly is a leading European private aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate a fleet of 72 aircraft, including PC-12, PC-24, and Cirrus SF50. With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and review internal documentation and process in accordance with industry quality standards and best practices.</li>\n<li>Set up checklists to be used during internal audits.</li>\n<li>Monitoring and improving the Compliance Performance Indicators.</li>\n<li>Improve the Compliance Management System environment (SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.).</li>\n<li>Apply a critical mindset to propose improvements to existing processes. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profile:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Final-year student in a relevant field (quality management, engineering, aeronautics, or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Strong ability to understand complex processes and transcribe them clearly and coherently.</li>\n<li>Excellent writing and synthesis skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with different teams.</li>\n<li>Critical and analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.</li>\n<li>Organizational skills and autonomy.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in office tools, essential for drafting and structuring procedures.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Power Automate, and Power BI is an advantage</li>\n<li>Knowledge of EASA Regulations (CAMO, Part-145, OPS) is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of AMOS and Centrik software is a plus.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English and a good level of French are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internship Compensation package</span></p>\n<p>Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).</p>",
