Candidates must have hands-on experience with floor care equipment and floor restoration services.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br><span>• Strip, wax, buff, scrub, and maintain hard floor surfaces</span><br><span>• Sweep, mop, shampoo, and vacuum floors as needed</span><br><span>• Operate floor care equipment including auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, Kaivac systems, and other floor machines</span><br><span>• Mix and use cleaning chemicals safely according to manufacturer guidelines</span><br><span>• Transport equipment and supplies throughout the facility</span><br><span>• Monitor inventory and report supply needs</span><br><span>• Follow all safety procedures and company standards</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br><span>• Minimum 1 year of commercial floor care experience</span><br><span>• Experience with floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing required</span><br><span>• Ability to operate floor care machinery safely and effectively</span><br><span>• Must be at least 18 years old</span><br><span>• Must be authorized to work in the United States</span><br><span>• Must pass a background check</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span><br><span>• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds as needed</span><br><span>• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Location: Norfolk, VA</span><br><span>Pay: $14.00 - $15.77 per hour</span><br><span>Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Why AB Facility Services?</span><br><span>We offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and the chance to build a long-term career with a company that values its employees.</span></p>\n<p><span>AB Facility Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span></p>",
