Be part of the journey.</p>\n<h2>Role Overview and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Introduction: </strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for the hand assembly of parts into the electronic circuit board for conformance to established specifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate ability to properly assemble components into printed circuit boards</li>\n <li>demonstrate proper technique for clinching and trimming leads</li>\n <li>demonstrate proper material handling techniques to ensure component reliability and to avoid damaging components and boards </li>\n <li>set-up, verify, and use tools and equipment in area</li>\n <li>operate and verify torque of torque wrenches </li>\n <li>follow requirements for 1st piece inspections and in-process audits</li>\n <li>identify and segregate non-conforming material</li>\n <li>review shelf life of materials prior to usage (when applicable)</li>\n <li>demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials</li>\n <li>measure height requirements with appropriate measuring tools when required</li>\n <li>able to identify work order, assembly number, and revision level of assembly from manufacturing instructions</li>\n <li>correctly handles process deviation or ECO is in the manufacturing instructions</li>\n <li>work without assistance using manufacturing instructions with acceptable quality results</li>\n <li>use the appropriate method to request changes, corrections or clarification to a manufacturing instruction</li>\n <li>perform general area/equipment/machine cleaning</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Team Member must be able to maintain confidentiality and have good judgment. Team member will be expected to exhibit high ethical standards and promote the same within the company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by Team Member to successfully perform of the essential functions of this job. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Light Work</strong>: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. </p>\n<p>                            </p>\n<p>Constantly walk, finger, grasp, feel 90-100% of the time; frequently stoop, reach, push, lift, talk, hear and do repetitive motions 60-90% of the time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Math Ability</strong>: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Visual Acuity</strong>: The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities for operation of machines, including visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong>: The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The Team member is subjected to atmospheric conditions including odors 90-100% of the time. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desireable Skills and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety is a core responsibility of this position. Team members are expected to perform all job duties in accordance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and established procedures. This includes wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), participating in safety training, immediately reporting unsafe conditions or incidents, and stopping work when unsafe conditions exist. All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and for actively contributing to the prevention of workplace injuries and accidents.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
