    "description": "<h2>Opportunity</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Systems Engineer</strong> to support our <strong>Buckley SFB, Aurora, CO</strong> customer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to provide engineering support to our Buckley SFB, Aurora, CO customer. The candidate will serve as an on-site technical SME supporting the integration of CyDER, a cyber training range. Additional responsibilities include liaison between CyDER engineering development teams and customers/stakeholders, including other end users for STARCOM's cyber range development efforts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with government stakeholders on cyber range design, development, and integration activities.</li>\n <li>Coordinate requirements and user feedback with cyber engineering development team.</li>\n <li>Support development and integration roadmap planning for cyber range development efforts.</li>\n <li>Support cyber test events.</li>\n <li>As effort grows, help lead multidisciplinary teams in support of cyber test and training range development and integration efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years DoD network engineering experience.</li>\n <li>DoD 8140 IAT Level II.</li>\n <li>Experience with Windows Active Directory configuration, including Domain Controllers, Exchange, and DNS.</li>\n <li>Experience with operating systems, including Windows and Linux, application behaviors, and network traffic.</li>\n <li>Experience with VMware virtualization technologies, Dell VxRail systems, and related infrastructure components.</li>\n <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and automation including Terraform and Ansible.</li>\n <li>Travel: 15%</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience with USAF or USSF Cyber Range expertise.</li>\n <li>10 years of DoD cyber engineering.</li>\n <li>DoD cyber test experience.</li>\n <li>Direct experience supporting Space Force in cybersecurity or cyber engineering.</li>\n <li>DoD Red and/or blue team experience (cyber operator, CPT, OCO, etc.).</li>\n <li>General AI/ML development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits offered can be found here: Benefits PeopleTec.
