Areas of responsibility include (but not limited too) customer service, usage of POS, training, replenishing stock, following, modeling, and training proper procedures, Caf&eacute; equipment cleaning and additional responsibilities as needed. This position supports the ministries of Sky Ranch and helps exceed guest expectations through customer service and retail options before, during and after their Sky Ranch experience.</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" width=\"100%\"><ul><li>Provide direction and supervision to part-time and summer staff while providing constructive feedback.</li><li>Offer excellent customer service; product knowledge; cleanliness; and point-of-sale system operational skills.</li><li>Lead with best practices for customer services techniques and expectations.</li><li>Order soft drinks, Caf&eacute; Bulk Food &amp; Candy/Snacks.</li><li>Oversee completion of daily opening and closing procedures checklist. Ensure merchandise is organized and displayed in a professional and appealing manner.
