Responsibilities Ready to Support Client Success Through Expert Coordination and Strategic Problem-Solving? Why This Role Matters Account management doesn't happen in a vacuum—it requires coordinated support to ensure client needs are met consistently and issues are resolved before they escalate. As our Account Management Coordinator, you'll serve as product expert and trusted partner during new client onboarding and ongoing service delivery. You'll work across business functions to track performance, research complex issues, and support Account Managers during critical moments like contract renewals and open enrollment. Your ability to maintain accurate client records, escalate to appropriate experts, and follow through until resolution directly determines whether clients experience seamless support or frustrating service gaps. What You'll Actually Do Ensure client satisfaction: Collaborate across business functions to meet client needs while following through on outstanding items until resolution. Monitor client performance: Track internal performance to confirm client expectations are consistently met while maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records. Resolve complex issues: Research issues, access necessary resources, and escalate to appropriate internal experts for comprehensive resolution. Support client engagement: Participate in and host client meetings as needed while assisting in organizing open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education sessions. Assist with renewals: Support Account Managers during contract renewal process while providing ongoing analysis and strategic input for client success.
