    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Director of Project Management provides leadership and direction to Vision Technologies' Hyperscale Program Project Management teams. In this role, you are responsible for delivery of our products and services in a professional manner to all customers. Success is measured by on-time delivery, meeting, or exceeding profit goals, maximizing utilization of resources, and receiving ongoing work and referrals from customers when work is completed. Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and best practices to the Hyperscale Program Project Management team to ensure objectives are met individually and collectively for the team. Candidate must have the ability to manage, lead, and build strong relationships. This position requires financial and operational experience along with the ability to be a strategic leader.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Accountable for the revenue growth and profitability of the assigned Hyperscale Program.• Joint Ownership of Hyperscale Program P&L with the Program Executive.• Provide coaching and direction to the Hyperscale Program Project Management team to meet objectives.• Review, assign, and manage execution of contracts to 100% completion.• Find creative ways to optimize capital and increase operational efficiencies in delivery.• Ensure and validate 100% world-class customer service and quality for all engagements.• Ability to analyze market trends and align service delivery models to meet demand.• Sales support from lead development and qualification through coordination on bid and win strategies.• Assist in the development and implementation of the overall growth strategy to support new market opportunities in all technology offerings.• Alignment with key channel partners in support of strategic initiatives.• Ensure all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results) for the Project Managers are complying.• Active participation in continuous feedback and performance management • Ensure the Project Managers are in conformance to all responsibilities within the Operational Guidelines throughout the phases of: Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Understands critical importance of both customer experience and customer service.• Proactive and professional communication with internal and external customers.• Highly organized, and effective with personal time management.• Excellent verbal skills.• Excellent written skills.• Effective working in team situations as a contributing or leading member.• Versatile in performing different tasks; very resourceful.• Able to receive constructive feedback and take action to adjust.• Be independent, self-driven, highly customer focused, and be successful without supervision from management.• Demonstrate excellent listening skills.• Highly dependable.• Desire for continuous improvement at a personal and professional level.• Can effectively present and interact with senior executives as needed.• Maintains a professional image to our customers and sets a role model image for all Vision teammates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing senior and entry-level project managers.• Operational experience in the delivery of multiple large-scale projects in excess of $10M</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience operating within the data center core/shell and TFO vertical markets.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience operating within the tier of contractors and interfacing with applicable key stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Existing relationships with major ) Hyperscalers who operate in the defined space.</li>\n <li>Relationships with key General Contractor’s (GC’s) in the market is a plus.</li>\n <li> Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules</li>\n <li> Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making• Strong customer focus and service skills• Strong leadership skills.• Superior problem-solving skills.• Results orientated.• Project management and organization skills.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.• Above average proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and Excel• PMP /or other Industry certifications are preferred, but not required. • 4-year College degree with concentration in Business, Management, Operations, Project Management or similar field. Masters Degree is a plus.
