Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of electrical construction experience</li>\n<li>Prior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>Mission Critical Construction</li>\n<li>Data Centers</li>\n<li>Commercial Electrical Construction</li>\n<li>Industrial Electrical Construction</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 Certification preferred</li>\n<li>CPR and First Aid training preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades</li>\n<li>Proficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">Travel &amp;
