    "description_html": "<p>Summary/Objective&nbsp;</p><p>As a Bulk Driver, your primary purpose is to provide customers with reliable and efficient deliveries of all products and product-related assets between shipping and receiving facilities. Bulk delivery is service, delivery, and the successful completion of other related duties.</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Travel to retailers, breweries, importers, distributors, and distribution centers to transfer product and other cargo.&nbsp;</li><li>Check in; ensure accuracy of invoice and quantities of items being delivered.</li><li>Ensure safety of the public, yourself, cargo, and distributor cargo.</li><li>Sort and pick up all breakage/empties daily.</li><li>Create, develop, and maintain goodwill in every account.</li><li>Honor all business and personal commitments with your customers.</li></ul><p>Quality Assurance</p><ul><li>Check stability of cargo, making sure it is loaded properly before departing from load point.</li><li>Utilize straps, load locks and other devices to secure cargo to prevent load shift.</li><li>Visually inspect cargo to avoid frozen, overheated, or damaged product. Immediately report issues to distribution manager.</li><li>Ensure on-time deliveries and dunnage pick up daily.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Related Duties</p><ul><li>Complete all route settlement responsibilities neatly, accurately, and within the company guidelines.</li><li>Follow correct check out and check in procedures.</li><li>Be accountable for any product or monetary inaccuracies.</li><li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding by company policy.</li><li>Drive your vehicle safely and with courtesy, obeying all laws, DOT requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Report vehicle damage and required maintenance to management.</li><li>Keep vehicle neat and clean at all times.</li><li>Report competitive activities to your supervisor.</li><li>Attend meetings as required.</li><li>Obey all company policies, including company safety policies.</li><li>Perform other related duties as instructed by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p><p>N/A</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
