You will be working with a team of freelance nursing writers to manage deliverables.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The position will include:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Authoring, curating, and editing digital storyboards, and assessment items (multiple choice, multiple response, prioritization, and matching)</li><li>Managing freelance team, including training and communication</li><li>Attending internal team and client meetings</li><li>Tracking schedule, counts, and deliverables</li><li>Editing content after client peer review and feedback</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Minimum of a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing and active nursing license</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in editing and writing digital content and multiple choice assessment items.</li><li>Experience in using Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and online authoring systems</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Desired Skills:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Education</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience in project management</li><li>Experience with the principles of instructional design</li><li><br></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;This is a remote, full time, term-of-project position.</p></div>\n",
